Transfer or Collection from Dublin,
Belfast & Knock Airports can be arranged.
Minimum Hire
This ranges from 3 days to 7 days depending
on the season.
Drivers
The age limit for drivers is 25 years to 75
years.
Drivers most hold a valid licence for more than
two years.
Drivers must provide a valid standard Drivers
Licence and two separate forms of identification.
(ie passport and utility bill).
Drivers are personally liable for all legal
penalties (eg parking tickets) which are incurred
during the period of hire.
One-Ways
Please contact Erne Campervans to enquire about
One-Ways.
Payment
Availability is on a request and confirm basis
at time of reservation.
A reservation is only binding after it has
been confirmed by Erne Campervans and a down-payment
of £150 has been received.
When a reservation is confirmed, an invoice
will be issued by post for the remaining balance.
Settlement of the remaining balance will be
due 6 weeks prior to departure. For late bookings
(less than 6 weeks) the full rental price will
be payable.
Vehicles will not be released without full
payment being completed.
Cheques will not be accepted less than 2 weeks
prior to departure.
Cancellation Charges
More than 6 weeks before - booking deposit
(£150)
6 weeks to 2 weeks before - 50% of total hire
charge
2 weeks to non-appearance - 100% of total hire
charge
Collection & Return
Please allow 1 hour for the hand-over at the
depot - this is to complete the documentation
and issue the vechicle to you.
Please allow the same on your return.
Return
The vehicle must be returned on the date and
before the time stated on the Rental Agreement.
Vehicles must be returned clean and in the
same condition as they leave the depot otherwise
a charge will be made.
Late Returns
If you are late returning, Erne Campervans
must be informed immdeiately.
If not this may result in prosectuon
for driving whilst uninsured.
An additonal charge of £40 per hour will
apply for all late returns.
